December 23rd: Dinner at the Viking Yurt
We rode up a mountain at The Canyons on a sleigh pulled by a CAT. Then they let us out and we snow shoed to the Yurt.

We had sorbet to cleanse our pallets (it was served in a rock)
Right when we came in from the cold we were served Glogg (pronounced Glugg) a warm apple-cider like drink.

Lady love aka London was exhausted.
Everything from the outhouse, the candlelit dinner, the amazing food, and family, to the chilly sleigh ride were all a blast.

I once ate at a place similar to that where they tried to make it dark age feeling. We ate in an arena watching jousting and other knightly sports. We didn't get any silverware to use.

Looks like you had so much fun. Now that's a Christmas celebration! So you know Cortney Clegg, huh?! I just talked to her last night. They are really good friends of ours from Phoenix. How is your family? My mom said the Christmas concert was beautiful!
